Member Notice- Changes to Receipts

We are making changes to the format of our receipts due to recent changes in data protection legislation with the introduction of GDPR.


In future the standard receipt will not show the balance of your savings or loan balance after a transaction. While we understand that this may cause some inconvenience, it is necessary to protect the privacy of each of you, our members, as sometimes family or friends may transact on your behalf and have access to your information.


If at any time you need to see the balance of your account we can print this for you but you must be present and we may need to update evidence of your identity before we can do so.
